All our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

2. Return Eligibility

• Products are defective or significantly different from specifications
• Return requested within 30 days of receiving the goods
• Products are in original packaging, unused, and undamaged

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or OEM products (unless defective)
• Products damaged by misuse or unauthorized repair
• Items marked as "final sale"

2. Provide order number, description, and photos of the defect
3. Our team will review within 3-5 working days
4. If approved, ship products back per our instructions

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Our fault: We bear all shipping costs
• Buyer's reason: Buyer bears all shipping costs

6. Refund or Replacement

• Full refund to original payment method (5-10 working days)
• Replacement with same or equivalent product
• Store credit for future purchases

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund.
